K9-5 Dog Daycare

It's a complete shame that some people online will just go around, choosing to remain anonymous behind a hidden name, and bash exceptional starting small businesses, with no real review. Unfortunately, this company seems to have fallen victim to another vicious reviewer, who hasn't posted anything positive, helpful, or even factual - ever. They are very expensive - ok? Thanks for that helpful bit of info. Compared to what? Other local dog daycares, your tastes? Have you done research on other dog daycares at all? With all that said, As a fellow small business owner, I understand the importance of factual and honest unbiased opinions, and I know and understand that not everyone will agree. Welcome to America ladies and gentleman. But trolls that prey on a starting business "just because" with no "just cause" has gotten ridiculous. Now - I have personally visited, and have recently become a forever customer of this facility. I have done the research and visited many of dog/puppy daycares in the surrounding area, and this was not only the least expensive, but has administrators that are absolutely amazing. They not only take the time to work on my specific concerns I had for my dog, and constantly give me daily feedback on how he was, they tired him out - this is absolutely awesome and quite frankly amazing. It takes away from some of the personal guilt I had before of working so many long hours and leaving my best friend at home alone with nothing to do for 8+ hours a day. When I joked around at a pickup, I asked how exactly they got my restless dog so exhausted. They responded with, "part of our job description is to play - play often!" Figuring this was just a sales pitch, they threw something else at me - I was offered the ability to download an app to view my pup at any given time via cameras set up throughout the building. I took the bait, as this was an awesome feature, and randomly checked in. Not only did I see my best friend running around playing with other dogs, but the owners also playing with the dogs in between task. I WAS SOLD!!! At a special dog event they were having after normal business hours recently, which was a great way to socialize my dog with fellow dog owners in a warm indoor environment, I was able to learn even more about the administration's backgrounds and I let me be the first to tell you, they are not strangers to anything you may throw at them related to your furry friend. They have seen it all. Both have backgrounds in veterinary care services, and past big name dog daycare services, but decided to go against the grain and do it differently - and they have got it exactly on point! Attentive and caring staff elevate K9-5 from average to incredible. I love that they are still growing and have time to work with my dog one on one with commands and other areas of need while he is there for daycare. The heated indoor facility is awesome for Wisconsin winters and I don't have to worry about my dog coming home with sore or irritated paws. I recommend registering soon before they are on a wait-list like many of other area dog daycare facilities. More...
