I asked for our roof to be checked, leaks in our cast iron gutters to be repaired, and the eaves to be painted.
The roof did not need any repairs and the painting was okay, but we still have two very bad leaks in the gutters, even after a second attempt to fix them.
The company now ignore emails and texts, even when legal advice was taken.
They were not cheap, and I made the mistake of paying them in good faith, before the gutters could be tested with rainfall.
I could not recommend them as they cannot be trusted to complete a job successfully.

Needed guttering repairs and company offered to clean roof at same time which I had not thought of doing. Roof ok, but gutters still dripping worse than ever though men have come back twice to try to fix them. Have left lots of messages but no one phones back. Very disappointing, would not recommend. The assessment was thorough, well-informed, and offered alternatives - all with no obligation or pressure.
Following agreement, K2 moved quickly to provide very early dates for the work. At all times, Mr Joseph Evans and his team have been timely, focussed, and efficient. Any blips were notified immediately and solutions proposed, agreed, and meticulously carried out. They are very attentive to safety of passers-by (I'm on a busy street), and cleaned the street thoroughly at end of each day - favourably commented upon by many.

What do you love most about your job?
I love finding where the leak is coming from fixing it and making the customer happy stopping that leak and Looking at a rough looking house needing painting looking old and tired and making it look like I knew getting compliments from the customer of the neighbours
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was brought up in a family of tradesmen I am a fourth generation tradesman my father done the same thing as me so did my grandad and my great grandad ⚒???
