What do you love most about your job?
the thing I love the most is exceeding my customers expectation of how they imagined their bathroom or wet room would look like,
and how it actually turns out exceeds their expectation. and also knowing that the service they received from us was personal and informative, and knowing that the client is 100% happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
working in builders merchants from the age of 19 a lot of contractors I served would need quite a lot of advice and did not have a great deal of product knowledge. So after years of constantly advising and educating I decided it was time I started my own company , knowing I could provide a much better service .
