I love training with Kelsey she made me feel welcome straight away and has really helped me improve my fitness and hit my goals.

Really enjoying my sessions with Kelsey. I have been having PT sessions with Kelsey for about 6 weeks now - I didn't plan to stick to it but her training methods and personalised approach to each session for me has just made me book another 10! ! Kelsey has worked her magic with some good friends of the family , some of which I thought would never have it then to reach for their goals but Kelsey your motivation , support and guidance encouraged them to believe in themselves and on them dark days of wanting to give up I hear you went out of your way to offer them moments of encouragement , I applaud you Kelsey, keep up the good work and good luck with your own journey

I had been wanting to increase my fitness for some time after being busy looking after my two young children but was daunted of the prospect of going to a gym. Thankfully a friend recommended for me to get in touch with Kelsey. I can honestly say its one of the best decisions I've ever made. Her big beaming smile put me instantly at ease! Through guidance, support and motivation Kelsey has enabled me to get the fittest I think I've ever been. It is so nice to have a new found confidence that I've now even entered a few races! Kelsey is an amazing trainer. She is a great motivator and supports your individual needs/goals. I have been training for 3 months and my fitness has improved 100%. I could not recommend Kelsey's sessions enough! The sessions are so positive and motivational, the groups are social & fun, no 2 sessions are the same. Joining the sessions have given me new motivation and drive to try harder in my work outs in and out of the sessions. Kelsey knows her stuff and always gives me advice when I ask about running strategies to increase my distance, and adapts exercises to each of our needs and abilities. When i walked round the block and saw Kelsey with her group, i had to go over and see what what was going on, because it didn't sound like your average 'bootcamp:'I could hear laughter and cheering- not something i used to associate with exercise.

After a quick chat with Kelsey and an exchange of details, one very short form later i was ready to join my first session on Calfridus playing fields. It felt great to be welcomed by name and to know that Kelsey was expecting me- anticipating that my return to exercise might be a little less than emotionally and physically 'comfortable,' she gave me all the encouragement i needed to push my way through the session. When i thought i couldn't do sit ups, she held my feet, when i thought i couldn't do a push up, she suggested a different stance and when i didn't think i could run anymore...she ran with me. Kelsey is friendly, fun and professional and takes the development of her clients seriously- she is helping me to take responsibility for changing my life and matches the effort i put in.

I feel the sessions are value for money as Kelsey has the qualifications to support the services she delivers, thoroughly prepares for sessions, varies activities and increases challenge appropriate for each individual each time they attend. She has some great kit and equipment that keeps sessions exciting and interesting- who knew that i could get such a good stretch with a stick and improve my strength with bands? I had never combined squats with weights before and value her expertise around interval training- we learnt that we didn't need a ten second rest, 7 was plenty to get our breath and keep up our heart rate up this time.

Running is getting easier and i have seen my general fitness improve over my ten sessions with Kelsey so far. I really look forward to attending on Tuesdays and Thursdays and seeing the new friends i have made each week: everyone is so friendly and positive and that really helps me to push on and do my best, despite not being the most able in the group. What i have discovered through sessions with Kelsey is fast becoming a passion for self care, personal endurance and improved fitness. I have not always felt great about my body, but my mind has been my biggest barrier to change. Kelsey's warm welcome and 'can-do' attitude, along with the story of her own transformation, will inspire you- come along, try it out and i'm sure you will keep coming back. It will be the best thing you've done for yourself in a while, i know.

Our very own Ironwoman! Her story is a true inspiration to anyone is so damned fortunate to hear it.

My outlook to fitness has changed massively since I started to work with Kelsey. I used to cycle and swim before but never would have entertained using equipment in the gym. Now, I couldn't care less how I look in lycra leggings and don't think twice about using every piece of equipment I can because of the knowledge and confidence that Kelsey has given me.

Regarding the sessions, no two back to back sessions are the same which I absolutely love. She works tirelessly on ensuring you get the most out of your sessions and that they're always interesting and varied.

This year, with the help of Kelsey, I completed my first triathlon. It was a beginners triathlon so I won't be applying for the Copenhagen Ironman anytime soon, but, a year ago, I would never have even thought about a triathlon never mind completing one.

Brilliant PT, couldn't recommend Kelsey enough and I am extremely proud to be part of the KSF client group.

Kelsey is the best. I have been to a trainer before but they didn’t understand what I couldn’t do and tried to make me do it anyway. Kelsey is completely different. She took the time to talk to me, find out what I can and can’t do and with some tweaks to some exercises I really loved it. Professional, dedicated and incredibly lovely. Really personable and excellent at individualising workouts to suit clients. She does not inflict her own personal exercise preferences on you and really listens to what you want to achieve and like doing. Sessions are constantly changing and she offers such a wide variety of exercises And equipment - never repetitive and always challenging!
