Excellent customer service, makes a determined effort to ensure customer is happy, has made a phone call to myself to explain that my garment was not ready as she was not happy with a stain that couldn't be removed so needed an extra day, got my dress back and it is like new. I have also used the service to have a mulberry bag cleaned and again it looks like new, she takes the time to explain the process and it proves she has done her training and recounts this well. I most certainly will continue to use the services she provides, the seamstress she employs is also an excellent addition to the service provided. More...

Fantastic and friendly service, I urgently needed a suit cleaning for a wedding the following day, lady came in on her day off, and ensured it was ready for me, complete with grease stain removed by 10am the next day. 100% recommend!
