Very friendly architect with excellent service, he knew exactly what is required from the council. He helped me design my layout for a 2 story extension also helped me submit my application to the council on my behalf. Their prices were affordable comparing to other companies I contacted before. Q&A

The conversion of a garage, or part of a garage, into habitable space will normally require approval under the Building Regulations.

First carry a full site survey,
Produce existing plans, elevations and sections
Then produce proposed plans and elevations and sections
Submitting planning application to council.
Building Regulations (Not required where habitable accommodation is not proposed and under 30m2)

Planning permission is not normally required. However, permission is required where you extend or alter the roof space and it exceeds specified limits and conditions.

First carry a full site survey,
Produce existing plans, elevations and sections
Then produce proposed plans and elevations and sections
Submitting planning application to council.
Building Regulations ( normally loft conversion falls under permitted development which requires building control)

What I love most about my job is definitely customer satisfaction.

Having all the skills and experience I gained through out the years made me seriously think of having my own business.
