We are new to Jacksonville and so blessed to find this place. Ken helps us out as quickly as he can. His company is super efficient. I think it is Zac and James who came to the house. They were super helpful and professional. They went the extra mile and checked out my whole AC unit, even though what I was having done with a motor on the outside unit. They even went as far as calling the manufacturer and trying to get it covered under warranty. We've had our AC worked on now and electrical work done when we first moved in . Ken was great to work with. He was able to solve our lighting issue and was great to talk to. I have worked with technicians who would need their hand held and would need to have everything spelled out for them, Ken was able to take initiative and solve the problem. I didn't need to worry if he would do the tasks that were needed to fulfill our contract with our client, he always delivered. He allowed me to not have to worry about the job getting done. I would recommend him to anyone in the Jacksonville area and we will be hiring him again if we need an electrician who can handle frustrating problems. More...

Thank you Mr. Overstreet for helping me through a simple solution by phone, which saved me the expense of an unnecessary house call. Twice in the past, I have experienced a similar problem with a new system or equipment, but each time the serviceman insisted that a house call was necessary.
