I have had the incredible opportunity to partner with Keysha on a staging program since Feb. 2017. In that time, she has helped us sell 50 of our oldest inventory homes on our books. We started with just two furniture packages that she pulled together from three storage units and have seen the rotation of staging packages grow to 12. As I mentioned, these are our oldest homes in the division, the average days on market for the ones we have staged to date is 505 days, with Keysha's help, our average days from staging to sale is only 61 days. She's helped us sell several homes that we couldn't move for well over a year only have it be sold in 10 days or less once staged. She's got an incredible eye and she's always there when we need her. She's even helped us out with other projects such as refreshing our model merchandising and sourcing furniture for one of our community amenity centers. Even though we have a rather large territory ranging from north Pasco County, east to Pinellas, all over Hillsborough counties, and down Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Punta Gorda, & even Fort Myers, Keysha has us covered. No job is too small or too large for her. She's an amazing partner and we wouldn't have such a successful inventory program if not for her expertise and strong work ethic. I don't know how but she finds the energy, but she regularly completes multiple moves for us in the same day! Regarding K. Jillian DesignsI must first disclose that I am not the easiest person to work for. I was unable, due to my lack of sophistication, to give much guidance to the wonderful Keisha as she designed my first adult living space. Although I am older than 50, I have lived in a dorm room type atmosphere for 30 years. I decided it was time to be an adult, and Keisha helped me get there.I chose a few pieces of furniture, and Keisha built the rest of the home around those pieces. Everything in my apartment fits a theme, and for the first time my life I am proud to show people where I live. My children have amazing bedrooms and my home is a showplace thanks to Keisha. K. Jillian’s work is in a word – PHENOMENAL! She completely transformed the look and energy of my living room. Prior to working with Keysha, my living room design was my attempt at designing, which was a hodge-podge of drab color and random, non-matching decorations I picked out over the years. I am so clueless in the interior design area! I never wanted to have people come and visit because my living space did not reflect who I am and my vibrant and brilliant energy. I just didn’t know what to do! Thank God Keysha did! She came in with a smile and a vision. She consulted with me and asked my input and for examples of what I like and after that she went to work to create her magic! She worked within my budget and found all of the perfect art pieces, the paint for my walls (goodbye drab!), the light fixtures – everything! Set up day felt like it was my birthday! I spend so much more time in my living room space now and have gotten so many compliments on the perfection that is my space. I can’t wait to have Keysha come in and do the rest of my home. When it sounds too good to be true sometimes it isn't. I used K. Jillian Designs to design our most used room, the family room. It now is warm and inviting. You're not going to find an interior designer with a better eye and ability to mix function with aesthetics. Keysha is warm hearted, patient and a good listener. She takes your ideas, infuses her own and creates a room that exceeds your expectations. I highly recommend Keysha for decorating and remodeling. As a Realtor, I continue to refer K. Jillian Designs to clients without reservation for staging when selling a home and decorating once the deal is done. All work was completed within the budget and in the agreed upon timeframe.
