We arrived from a stop in Memphis around 2pm. We were able to get into our room immediately, although the other 2 couples with us had to wait. We had a room facing town on the 33rd floor. Since the walls were glass, there was a tremendous view of Nashville. The bathroom was incredibly large and modern. We used room service once for coffee and they were efficient. Housekeeping did a nice job and also provided turndown service. This hotel is very conveniently located to Broadway and very walkable to many local attractions, yet is not in the middle of all of the noise. They had a really cute display in the lobby for Halloween— all made from chocolate! Would definitely stay there again! More...

I recently visited Nashville for the first time on business and found this hotel to be in excellent proximity to all the places a first-timer would want to go! In addition to location, the rooms were very large, clean, and comfortable. There were ample dining options on-site if you didn’t want to venture out, and I especially loved the pastries, gelato, and macarons available from early morning till night at the on-site Stomping Grounds market! My family and I am staying at the Jw Marriott this week for the CMAs that are in town. From the moment we checked in we were treated like family. The front desk staff were helpful and fantastic with questions about the city. ||Our spa appointments were top notch. The spa itself is small but has a luxurious feel. Bobby my massage therapist was beyond exceptional. He did exactly what I asked him to do. I left the spa feeling like a new woman. I highly recommend Bobby if you visit the spa. I recently stayed for two nights at the JW Marriott Nashville for a conference. The hotel is about a 20 minute ride from the airport. Check in was very easy and I was recognized as a Marriott member and given an upgrade to a higher floor with beautiful views. The hotel is quite large and the higher floors do have a longer wait for elevator rides (in the morning and in the evening I waited almost 10 minutes for an elevator). ||The room was substantial and very nicely decorated. The room was quiet in the evening and the HVAC kept it comfortable on a cooler night in Nashville. The fitness center was very good and crowded with conference attendees and other guests. Room service for breakfast was quick and enjoyable. The room was clean and the water pressure up to par. ||When I return to Nashville with the family, I will certainly consider the JW Marriott. I also had lunch at the Stompin’ Grounds restaurant on property which was very quick with a unique menu. I was told the hotel is on the outer edge of town, but within walking distance of many restaurants and the Nashville attractions. The only downside for me was waiting upwards of 20 minutes for an Uber on the way back to airport. More...

Living in Nashville is the best, seriously the best! There is always something going on and new places to try. But one of the things we miss out on is getting to stay at some of the fun new hotels that are opening around the city. So, for my birthday, I decided to have a "staycation" and stay at the JW. I'm very brand loyal to Marriott and had heard great things about the JW, so the decision to stay here was easy, and let me tell you, it was the best choice! This JW was immaculate. Every detail of the building and rooms were high tech and so chic. The beds were amazing, the views were surreal and the team took care of me so well!They sent dessert up to my room with a hand written birthday card, upgraded me to 33rd floor room and were kind and courteous. If you're a Marriott Platinum or Titanium elite member and get concierge lounge access, their lounge is closed on the weekends. But they did give me two tickets to their breakfast buffet downstairs, and it was delicious!Thank you so much to the team at the JW for taking care of me and my friends! I can't wait to come back for my next staycation! More...

Even upon just walking INTO the JW-Nashville, our mouths dropped open! What a beautiful building - SO clean, SO fresh, and what welcoming employees! After checking into our room, we flew to the top of the building and "hung on to our hats" in amazement at the view when we walked outside in the glass enclosed bar! We were then able to meet friends at the lobby bar (they have a little one, and the lobby bar food was *perfect* for a late afternoon snack) before heading to our first planned event - an outdoor pool party! Beautiful decorations - and even space heaters, thank goodness! While my husband had a working breakfast, I feasted in the Stomping Grounds and had terrific service and the breakfast recommendation of Broadway Benedict was perfect! Afterwards I walked all around Nashville on a tour I had found online. Our room had all the amenities we needed - and WHAT a view! We opted for "privacy" and it was respected, and we did get notice of the additional rewards points. All around - this is the kind of hotel in which I love to stay when traveling/visiting other cities in our beautiful country! More...

comfy room with a great view.... the bathroom toilet needs a separate light... you had to turn on the bathroom lights to get a light on in the toilet room. .. very weird. the bar was nice and the bartenders friendly. checkout was a bit overwhelming as a convention was coming in as we departed... a bit of a mess when retrieving our bags from storage but after 30 minutes we were on our way. Not really a problem as we allowed plenty of time, but the poor bellman needed some help. It was too much for a single guy to handle. the restaurant was expensive and the food only so-so... the 34th floor breakfast buffet was exceptional... although our hosts did not have meat of any kind on the buffet due to religious reasons... saddened to miss my bacon More...

Beautiful hotel. Great views from our 24th floor room. Clean. Staff was great. Southern hospitality at its best. Very attentive to needs. From the valet to the bell hops they all were amazing. The young man that helped us to our room was fantastic. I usually get a name so I can try to brag on them to their manager but didn't catch his name. He got us settled then got us some ice for our drinks before he left. U you ok get exactly what you pay for when you stay here!! More...

Stunned by the design and decor of the lobby immediately upon entering, and the room was just as beautiful. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, spacious bathroom with luxurious shower, and chic decor with local flavor.
