Garden patio and fencing. Went with John as liked the brochure, and his initial friendly approach he seemed professional and turned up when he said he would. Unfortunately the standard of the job left a lot to be desired, fencing timber quality was poor, gate was fitted upside down, fence panels are not securely fixed to the 2 by 3 posts used instead of proper fence posts, old fencing used to patch up the job and they changed the dimensions of the gate access. The patio initially looked good, apart from uneven spacing of slabs, however it has now been down for a few weeks and there are currently 12 loose slabs and a number of gaps in the resin. On the final day when discussing the issues and requesting some time to look over the job, John became very hostile. He later offered part payment for the work undertaken, which we accepted as we no longer had confidence in their abilities. However we will be significantly out of pocket to fix all the errors. Excellent work, Went out of his way to get the paving as everywhere is sold out at the moment,Very friendly and professional,I will hire him again to do the back garden when the time comes 👍
