I had a bodywork session with Adrianne - it was wonderful. I have scoliosis and considerable pain in my back, neck, and shoulders, and I have tried a number of different styles of deep tissue massage and this was one of the best sessions I have ever had. She worked with deep pressure but it felt very relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt incredible afterward and slept like a baby that night. Jenna has been a tremendous help to me after my fall on a cruise ship. My pain level was at a 10+ and she brought it way down! Having to wait for insurance authorizations for an x-ray, MRI, etc. is a long stupid process and she actually had a feeling what was wrong (detached labrum) before an MRI was authorized! What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting to the people I work with, being able to help them unload themselves from the stress and pain they experience, so they can shift back into living their most optimal lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Well, my teacher had cancer and was dying, so I shifted my life to do this work, which includes running my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Well, I am not a Psychologist or a Counselor. My work is hands-on, primarily in the Muscle and fascia of the body. What I am good at doing is helping you to come back to your body, to feel where you are, and to begin to let go of the stress and tension, to feel the pain that may be both physical and emotional, so that you can then move thru it into healing.
