You are not getting old! Everyone has something about their body they wish was different....wether it is tight hamstrings, "kimonos" instead of arms, a less than perfect core, or a sport they wish they could do again. It is my most favorite thing to help my clients work through whatever restrictions seem to be hampering their ability to fully enjoy their lives and move the way they want to.

First we will watch you walk and capture some key components of gait analysis. Then we will try a few exercises, take photos as we go and document what we are doing so you can concentrate on execution, and then get you back up to see if you feel and/or move better.

Moving well! You have to move well, and use all of the muscles evenly from front to back, and side to side in as balanced a position as possible.

Every client is a new puzzle, and although you see pattterns of puzzles, I love figuring out what each puzzle contains. Additionally, I love helping people find the ability to get back to the things they love doing, wether it is skiing or gardening.

I love helping people and I have the best of both worlds - I work for myself, and also a gigantic fantastic facility called Club Sport Oregon in Tigard, Oregon.
