I was a little hesitant at first ordering online, due to only being able to see pictures and hoping it turns out close to the picture as possible. My bed frame i orderer ended up being MORE THAN what I expected. I absolutely LOVE IT. The delivery time was FAST & the customer service was fantastic. I went looking for a bunk bed for my daughters! And I also needed mattresses. Todd and Angie worked with me to find the perfect one. It was delivered only a couple of days after I ordered it. Purchased a sectional from them and have never been happier. Great people, very helpful and want to help you find a good deal.
The piece I wanted was originally an Ashleys furniture sectional and they recommend that we go and see it first hand at an Ashleys store before purchasing.. turns out that the sectional was $800 more at the Ashley's store..
They are fair and descent people. They will definitely have my service in the future.

This isn't a store, it's a small showroom with a few samples on display and loads of catalogs. They are super helpful and ordered precisely what I needed. Todd is a stand up guy. The MFG of the couch I had purchased has defective pocket springs. After replacing the couch once the replacement had the same issue. This time the replacement was a month outside of the 1 year warranty. Needless to say I was pretty upset about the failure rate of the couch and I didn't think it was acceptable to have to replace a couch every year which got very light use. The MFG didn't care much to help and thus I will never buy that brand again. Todd stepped up however and offered to fix the problem and make right of a situation despite the MFG. For that I can say he does care about his customers and does the right thing. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. I must say I'm pleased with the results and will continue to buy more furniture from Todd and Just like Home in the future. More...
