We offer 1 on 1 personal training, semi private training, and group class options. We work with a meal prep service local to the area called SeraFuel to provide meal prep delivery service options as well as custom meal plans for whatever diet protocol you are looking for anywhere from paleo, balanced, keto, or low carb meal plans.

Just Keep Going Boot Camp is phenomenal!! I go 4 times out the week and look forward to it everytime! Coach P.J. pushes you in a very motivational way, so that you can NEVER FORGET YOUR WHY! ! I love helping people reclaim a part of their life back or gain something they didn’t think was possible. I truly believe my mission in life is to help people and I find that fitness is a key that opens a lot of doors in your life and you just never know where it can lead to. The most powerful testimonial wasn’t from someone that lost 50+ pounds, it was from someone who regained their mobility which allowed them to run around with their nieces and nephews on the play ground. To them it meant being the aunt they always wanted to be. Until that point she didn’t think she would ever be able to play tag with them or go on the playground with them because of her limitations. Seeing people succeed and win is what I love most about my job.

I wanted to help people by making a substantial impact in their lives using fitness as a vehicle. In my experience conquering fitness goals spills over into ones personal life and will often times help them to achieve greater success with family, friends, finances, and relationships.

If you want someone who truly cares and is still thinking about you after the day is over. Someone who is constantly educatating themselves, doing self development, and always looking to get better at their craft. If you want someone who doesn’t look at you as a number, who is not afraid to call you out on your bull crap, and be there every step of the way with you on the journey. If you are looking for someone to follow up with you when you don’t make it, follow up with you after a hard or emotional session, someone who cares about their clients like they are family then I’m your guy.
