How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

The way I help clients achieve their goals is with a number of things but it starts with your mindset. By changing your mindset about health and nutrition I find that my clients can really unlock their potential. I expect clients to be accountable to their nutrition, their fitness program, and to be coachable. I use a variety of training methods to achieve the fitness goals based on the clients skill level, mobility, and specific needs.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is fork down plate aways. Seriously there is no secret. It’s finding a program or someone who truly understands your needs and can hold you accountable, get you self sufficient, and give you the tools you need to build consistency with your new habits and routines. They have to have the ability to continue to challenge you and work with you as hard as you are willing to work to achieve these goals.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people reclaim a part of their life back or gain something they didn’t think was possible. I truly believe my mission in life is to help people and I find that fitness is a key that opens a lot of doors in your life and you just never know where it can lead to. The most powerful testimonial wasn’t from someone that lost 50+ pounds, it was from someone who regained their mobility which allowed them to run around with their nieces and nephews on the play ground. To them it meant being the aunt they always wanted to be. Until that point she didn’t think she would ever be able to play tag with them or go on the playground with them because of her limitations. Seeing people succeed and win is what I love most about my job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to help people by making a substantial impact in their lives using fitness as a vehicle. In my experience conquering fitness goals spills over into ones personal life and will often times help them to achieve greater success with family, friends, finances, and relationships.

Why should our clients choose you?

If you want someone who truly cares and is still thinking about you after the day is over. Someone who is constantly educatating themselves, doing self development, and always looking to get better at their craft. If you want someone who doesn’t look at you as a number, who is not afraid to call you out on your bull crap, and be there every step of the way with you on the journey. If you are looking for someone to follow up with you when you don’t make it, follow up with you after a hard or emotional session, someone who cares about their clients like they are family then I’m your guy.
