Andrew Fishman has acted unprofessionally and in an incompetent manner which has now deposited the sale of a flat.

As a firm of solicitors who manage all the legal needs of a freeholder it is their duty to provide documents to facilitate sales and purchases. These documents have not been sent for months, despite many requests and offers of payment for their time and services.

This practice has been blocking the sale of a family member flat for several months now simply by not returning necessary paperwork and not responding to emails in answer to a handful of short queries from the buyer's solicitor despite begging, pleading, complaining, offering to pay them etc. The sale is now in jeopardy because of this.
