Jump Fish Marketing
Hertford, Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire
Hi we're Jump.Fish - a dedicated social media and content marketing agency based in London and Hertfordshire.
We love working with start-ups and established businesses and specialise in adding significant brand value to our client's business operations. We're predominantly a 'white label' agency in that we become the voice of our clients and act for them across their Social Media Channels. We don't like to shout about who we work for and never advertise who we're currently helping, unless the client specifically agrees to let us.
Our pricing structure is completely transparent and we charge a monthly fee for what we do. Prices for services start at £250 per month, which equates to 5 hours work, which could include research, content generation, channel management, advert generation and audience outreach.
Talk to us today about how we can manage your social media channels and save you a significant amount of money, time and headaches.

Social Media Marketing
The importance of Social Media Marketing, or at the very least a Social Media presence is accepted for 90% of companies. What is often lost, however, is the real world value that it can bring to a brand or organisation. Sometimes the goals of a social media campaign can be lost in translation, and all to often we hear from new clients who have invested in SMM, achieved decent amounts of likes, fans and retweets, but haven’t seen a real-world increase in sales. As a result they’ve become disheartened, question the validity and ultimately the ROI of any activity. As with all marketing, effective social media marketing is about selling. The only thing that makes it different is in how that sale is achieved. It’s done buy building relationships, building trust and building demand. The key word in everything Jump.Fish does is ‘Authenticity’. Our messaging and engagement seeks to build trust with our client’s audience via credible, authoritative messaging. As social media marketers our goals aren’t just to gain likes, fans, and retweets for the companies and brands we’re working for. These are not ends, but the means to an end (the sale). As such, effective social media marketing is far more than an online popularity contest, and the better business owners understand that, the better they can use it for their companies.
If social media marketing is about reaching out and create instant connections with your customers, then content marketing is a long-term strategy, based on building a strong relationship with your target audience. It is essentially ‘story telling’ – we’re giving your targeted customer base high quality content that is very relevant to them on a consistent basis. This constant drip-feed of engaging content builds trust and ultimately brand loyalty. When a customer’s loyalty is with you and they will purchase your product and prefer it over competitors’ options. In contrast to one-off advertising, content marketing ‘CM’ shows that you actually care about your customer’s needs. It’s the savvy marketer’s response to the new, relationship-based, buyer-driven, digital marketplace. There are multiple different types of content marketing available to marketers, but as an agency our specialism is in Online Content Marketing. We create high-quality, valuable content to attract, inform, and engage an audience, while also promoting the brand and companies we work for. Buyers and consumers are already searching the web for answers that we can uniquely position your brand to offer.
Done properly, Digital PR and Thought Leadership will increase a brand’s reach and visibility and in turn has a positive effect on search engine visibility through effective onsite SEO, driving increased referral traffic. It is increasingly a tactic used by brands to increase their online presence through building relationships with key content writers and online journalists to gain ‘press hits’, or citations, and high quality backlinks. One of the most important aspects of well executed Digital PR is increased trust and credibility, conversion rates and ROI and brand equity. What is the difference between Digital PR and Traditional PR? Traditional PR uses high circulation, readership, and viewer ratings to determine who to approach when selling in content to media houses and publishers. Even traditional PR’s who claim to ‘do digital’ still use this this method. Like so many marketing terms it’s born from marketing tactics evolving and agencies trying to keep up. In particular, old school PR agencies realising the print media landscape is much smaller, and launching ‘digital PR’ pages on their websites in response. Typically these summarise their social media expertise. Social media = digital PR box ticked. But it’s so much more than that, Digital PR doesn’t exclusively focus on the number of followers on social media sites and readers before approaching them. It also focuses on evaluating domain authority and non-paid opportunities for link citations. The success of Digital PR is, as a result, much more measurable than Traditional PR.
