I'm SO HAPPY that Light Centre has opened here in Monument. Being fairly new, the incredible selection of yoga classes are fairly quiet, which means lots more guidance and corrections from the teachers! What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help those who are suffering unnecessarily, like I did, to change their thoughts and feelings and feel at ease, naturally. Seeing my clients make changes in their lives that they've always wanted to.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to suffer from terrible anxiety and depression. I wanted to find a new way of being and explored various therapies and approaches. I then began my own training as a way to help others through what I had been through.
I found myself regularly coaching fellow colleagues in life and in nutrition, and wanted to make a difference in the world other than through balance sheets. I wish I had known what I know now several years ago, and it is important to me that others are aware that change can happen, and it can happen fast.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a unique skillset, comprising NLP, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and my business experience gained whilst working in investment banking for 16 years. I use a sensitive approach, uniquely tailored to the person and their individual issue. No two issues are the same, nor are any two people.
