I would 100% recommend Julianne. I was extremely nervous about starting PT sessions as I hadn’t been to the gym for a few years and didn’t know what to expect - however I’ve been training now for 3 Months plus and the results are incredible! I feel so much better in myself for taking the plunge and starting my training journey and, something I thought I’d never say, I actually like going to the Gym The sessions are tough, and after you feel as if you can’t move at times! But feels so rewarding after you’ve completed it. If your struggling or finding a certain exercise hard there is no issue and it is quickly adapted to suit. I cannot recommend Julianne enough. My wife and I joined Anytime and found going back to the gym can be daunting after a 15 year absence. We wanted to embark on a change in lifestyle and get fitter and healthier. Unsure of what to do and more importantly, how to do exercises properly and safely, we decided to try personal training. We didn’t know what to expect and we were unsure how we would find it. But we needn’t have worried. Julianne asked us what we were looking to achieve and went over how she could help us to work towards these goals. Every session is kept fresh with a wide variety of exercises and training styles, which means we don’t ever have to worry about getting bored just doing the same routines. It also allows us to copy and adapt routines to create our own workouts when we don’t have a PT session. Sessions are always tough and challenging, but there is nothing like the buzz of finishing a hard workout. The last 9 months have been so rewarding and the physical changes have made it all worthwhile. I just need to kick my Fat Tony’s pizza habit to get even better results!! More...

Whilst having PT sessions with Julianne, I also regularly attend her circuit class on a Monday. She creates a fun class every week although at the time I’m not thinking it! She has/is very good at adapting the exercises with an injury and I always feel good starting my Monday with a good workout! Highly recommend! More...
