How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
What will the conversion be used for?
Internal garage height to underside of joists?
Are foundations adequate for a second wall to create a cavity wall?
Is the garage attached to house?

On site measured survey.
Design in agreement with client.
Ascertain if Planning approval is required
Draw plans
Submit plans to Local Authority
