I have worked with Jimmy for about 5 months and in that time I have exceeded all my expectations. I started using JS Elite Fitness (Jimmy) the first week of March! within 2 weeks we went into lockdown! I was feeling a little overweight and fed up with myself so needed some help! I’ve been working with Jimmy for around 18 months, first as a weekly pt client and now online. I have gained so much from working with Jimmy. Knowledge about nutrition - how best to fuel my body in order to reach my goals and confidence in the gym, I know what I need to do and why. I feel like I’m probably in the best shape of my life and at 42 years of age that can’t be bad! The weekly check ins enable Jimmy to see how the week has gone and make any changes that need to be made to make sure goals are achieved. I took part in one of Jimmy's 8 week programs with the aim of losing a decent amount of body fat, and low and behold after 8 short weeks I am 18lbs lighter. To say I'm delighted is an understatement. I'd been treading water in the gym for years now, doing the same old routines week after week and gradually losing the love for it and seeing little or no results and actually watching my body go backwards. I had the mind-set of 'I'll try harder next week, eat better next week and do more cardio next week' Next week just never came around. Having an actual schedule to follow and someone to be accountable to has made a world of difference. Something that I'd been trying to do over years has been made possible in just 8 weeks!! I'd initially been lured in by some of Jimmy's online posts of his clients before and afters and thought I need to get me some of that!! In my head, I thought the whole process was going to be an absolute slog of unenjoyable workouts and minimal meal plans, however it's totally the opposite. The workouts vary from week to week and increase in intensity as you go along (or at least they did for me) keeping each session fresh, enjoyable and challenging. Each session is really easy to follow and simple to track too with the handy app, where you have the ability to watch videos of the given routines, track your reps and weights for each exercise and look back on your past workout data so you can actually see your improvements along the way. The way of tracking your meal macros is really simple too, you can scan barcodes or simply type in what you're eating and the app works out all your calories, proteins, fibre etc. for you and let's you know if you're under or over in each category. You have a check in with Jimmy each week where he takes a look at all the data collected throughout the previous week, like body measurements, weight, calories burnt, macros consumed, steps walked and your progress photos and gives you feedback on what's going well, what needs to change and what to keep the same. Meaning the plan isn’t one rigid structure but can change and adapt according to the speed of your own progress. Massive thanks Jimmy, the last 8 weeks have been awesome and really set me on my way to getting in to proper shape and giving me back the enjoyment for training again. the best coach I have ever worked with in so happy with what I achieved with my turn with Jimmy. I’ve been an online client of Jimmy’s and can honestly say he’s been life changing! I’d previously been following extremely low calorie plans and not being able to find the energy to move much which wasn’t sustainable. Jimmy was able to get me moving in the right direction straight away with easy to follow nutrition advice and exercise plans. I found it so hard to believe that I could eat so many calories and still lose weight! The life changing part for me is to find out from the Drs that I’ve actually now been able to reverse my PCOS diagnosis which I have suffered with for years. I teamed up with Jimmy to get in better shape for over the summer. I gained strength like I have never before and whilst gaining strength I was loosing inches from around my waist. He taught me that your diet is key. He was very helpful I would often text him questions regarding training and nutrition and he would always reply with a detailed answer. I've been an online client of Jimmy's for nearly 5 months and highly recommend him.

His attention to detail, client care and speed of response is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and I am really happy with the online method, despite some initial reservations about how I might find it.

I had a meeting with him before starting on an online basis. It's not essential to meet as it can all happen online but I've arranged to meet him again soon to discuss goals in person.

My training and nutrition is fully tailored to me, my likes and dislikes and how I like to approach things.

Despite being a relatively experienced / trained person and a middle aged female I've made lots of progress since starting with him.

My strength has increased massively. I've gained more muscle in a short time than I thought could be possible.

My current goals are mainly around building muscle but I've also experienced a short mini cut which was tailored to me and went incredibly well and easily. I've learnt a lot and experienced new training styles and approaches.

It was important for me to find a person who respected my desire to put health, enjoyment and balance at the forefront and I have done! It does involve hard work and effort but I've never found it a chore and have enjoyed every minute.

I am looking forward to continuing with my progression with him and have complete confidence in his knowledge and abilities.

I've trained for many years and had PT sessions previously from other instructors with various results.. Jimmy however has "walked the walk" and has first hand experience in nutrition, training etc and this gave him the credibility I was seeking for a 3 month program that I'm currently on. ... great diet advice, great training with a friendly and fun training attitude.... I was lucky enough to win an 8 week online coaching program from Jimmy. I initially thought that as I wasn't a paying customer I wouldn't receive the same sort of support, I was very wrong. The pre questionnaire was thorough and I was able to explain my goals simply. The workouts were varied and pushed me to my limits. I could log my workouts and receive feedback from jimmy. Week on week my strength went through the roof and I was able to still eat the odd treat as I could incorporate it in my macros through flexible dieting. I have just currently finished my 8 week summer shred program with Jimmy this month.

After losing all motivation to get fit and look at my diet I was recommended to use Jimmy’s services and what a recommendation. Firstly, Jimmy went over in detail about my training program and what is entailed throughout the whole process.
Every week Jimmy’s attention to detail with my plan was amazing from nutrition changes all the way to my gym programme, meaning from the start of every week I knew where I needed to be for the following and has made me accountable in the gym.
Also, the knowledge and support that Jimmy has given me over the 8 weeks has covered various areas from busting nutrition myths all the way to advice on levels of cardio.
My biggest highlight of the 8 weeks has been able to maintain my strength, whilst being at a lighter weight which is something that I would normally struggle with.

I would highly recommend Jimmy’s services as not only did he transform my fitness, body composition and knowledge. Jimmy has made me fall in love with fitness again making myself more positive and wanting to achieve more.

A little summery of my experience working with Jimmy Saunders!!

Well the day has arrived! I've finished my cut with jimmy!

I started working with jimmy around 10 weeks ago. I was unhappy and it was affecting my confidence and relationships.

I struggled post xmas to find the balance and found myself binging and the weight crept on! 201bs like!! So went pretty to town!!

After 10 weeks I've managed to shift that 20lbs and now at my goal weight. Never thought I would get there!

Jimmy has been great throughout! Keeping me accountable and providing fantastic workouts! Nutrition wise i don't know it all but I know how my body works and my trigger foods so I went back to basics and used jimmy for the accountability aspect checking in each day has helped massively!

After following Jimmy for a couple of months and enjoying the content he was putting up, I decided to jump on board and have him put me through a mass phase programme. During my time with Jimmy, I was given a diet plan that was sustainable and had my favourite treats factored in. I gained size in all the right places and learned so much not only about progressive overload but learned so much about myself and what did/didn't work.
