James and his team installed my central heating boiler last year and serviced it this year. The whole experience, from the initial quote to finishing the work was friendly and professional throughout. The work was carried out on time and to budget. The boys also went above and beyond what would normally be expected in a very special way. I'm disabled, widowed and living on my own. When I mentioned that I was going to need help getting my Christmas tree put up, James got the lads to do that for me. We have just had our boiler replaced by JR Plumbing. Called them late at night when the boiler died and they came out first thing in the morning to have a look. James gave a competitive quote and we then had a friendly efficient service from Jay and the rest of the team. We had a problem where our Worcester gas boiler kept tripping out after I had had it serviced by someone else. I’m pleased to say I called JR Plumbing & Heating out when I did, as the original service hadn’t been done properly. I would recommend JR Plumbing to anyone. I could not fault them - they arrived on time, they were polite and professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble. They surveyed all of the jobs to be done, they explained what they would do and indicated where there might be issues and what they might have to do and the timeframe if they encountered any problems. They were very thorough but not in any way slow. They used dustsheets to minimise any mess and cleaned up after themselves if it was required. They gave me regular updates on the work and explained what they had done after the jobs were completed. Luckily, I don't have much need for a plumber or heating engineer but I will have no hesitation in contacting JR Plumbing if I have any need in the future! More...

There was a slight issue with timing due to JR having to attend a plumbing emergency and they kept in contact, re-scheduled and confirmed. Finding the right Plumber can be a hit or miss affair, but we struck gold with these guys.After an initial consultation with the very personable, James, we embarked on a Complete Boiler change, adding a new Shower and Towel rail as we reached the installation date. Superb, friendly service and rapid response!My boiler failed during the recent cold snap, leaving me with no heating or hot water after getting back from a hiking holiday on a cold evening.
