We used JPC Travel to get us to and from Manchester airport for our holiday in May 2019. The service was exemplary and worry free. Even in the face of major delays on the M62 John got us to the airport in plenty of time using his skill and expertise with the minor roads. Brilliant company picked up on time curteous and smart driver, vehicle was very clean, dropped us at Birmingham airport and made sure we had relivent information for our return pickup. We arrived back at Birmingham and recieved a txt from driver to let him know when ready and he would pick us up from the drop off point. I txt when we got to the pickup point and arrived within 5 minutes. The whole process from booking to pickup and drop off was very professional. Outstanding service. Me and my family was so pleased with this service not only did he arrive on time he was so polite and friendly. He helped with all of our suitcases he even went and filled up petrol and brought all of my family and me a bottle of water.
