James is very helpful and always available for advice. I'm trying to go from skinny with low strength, to ripped with good strength. After 1 month with James I am already seeing results. I've struggled on some exercises but James understands and only pushes to the limit of my ability (sometimes beyond). I used to feel uncomfortable in the gym amongst fit people and bodybuilders but I am also a lot more comfortable and I feel competent on most equipment now. I’ve been working with James for just under 6 months now, doing GTP and PT. 6 months ago I hadn’t exercised for 20 odd years (since I was a teenager) and had just had a baby. I was terrified of any thing fitness and incredibly unfit. Starting with James was the best thing I could have done. I’ve lost nearly 3 stone, am 3 dress sizes smaller and half way towards my target. I couldn’t have done this without James, his encouragement, support and help is unfaltering. He knows how to push me and challenge me and he knows where my limits are.
