We lived in this apartment for almost 6 years. Very quite and clean place to live. Amazingly helpful staff. A year and half ago, I would not be writing any of this. Actually, we were thinking of leaving just because the poor management they had at the time. The current management, however, changed the whole thing around and turned it to a place to live again. The only complain we have is the never ending price increase. More...

Ive had a great experience at the complex so far. After apartment shopping around the area it seemed the most affordable for its worth. I met office staff Margarita the first day I was sold with her professionalism and politeness. My brother and I was very satisfied with her customer service skills. She continues to help with anything I need and always has an answer for me. I always see her walking around and getting things done. Later I met Sarah the office manager who has went above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable in the complex, she also answers all my concerns thoroughly. I like that they seem to be on top of all paperwork, notices , and newsletters. My neighbors look nice approachable and I never hear any noise other than the cars driving by . Its also stays pretty clean and most importantly I feel safe. I like thay the building are newer than others in the area. I believe Willie helped with some maintanece at the apartment once and he also did a good job with things. More...

I've lived in a lot of places and this by far ranks in the top 5 apartment complexes. Here's why:1. The staff is helpful and pleasant. They are flexible on office hours, provide stellar customer service, and stay on top of addressing the needs and concerns of residents. Willy, site maintenance man, is always willing to help. Sarah, Angela, and Maggie are also always so helpful and patient. 2. This place is a steal. The quality of the apartment for the price is without a doubt the best combo you'll find across the entire Puget Sound area. util, parking, rent etc...all great prices. 3. Parking is inexpensive and controlled, assigned spots. My first night here, someone parked in my spot. I called the 24/7 number and tow truck was there in less than 15 min. I've seen vehicles get towed multiple times and it's because people don't pay any mind to the big huge signs clearly posted. I was also well briefed on parking from the get go.4. Spacious rooms and if you get the right one you could have a nice view. Make sure you see the apartment first as there are some with not so nice views simply due to architectural design of some of the buildings. 5. Close to shopping places but not too close. Why 4 stars and not 5: - gym/pool are not 24/hrs and my work hours are not conducive to be able to use. Also gym equipment needs an overhaul. - gate sometimes works and sometimes doesn't- Parking is also a downside as its controlled and there are no spaces for guests, only street parking up a steep hill or 1 long staircase (only 3 ways in or out; one drive way in). There seems to be more in garage but that parking is more expensive than uncovered parking so I think more people opt for less pricey parking, leaving no flexibility for the complex to provide extra parking. Every place has its qualms. No place is perfect but I've looked all over this region for the price and style, you just can't beat it. It's a hidden gem for sure, just be smart: visit it, talk to the office staff, ask your questions....they don't bite! More...

I have lived at Cambridge Park partments for 3 years. My experience has been great, The. location was great for me with public transportation, being able to walk out the gate right to the bus stop was the best. my neighbors were great very quite no complaints at all. Now of course I could hear people every now and then , but that's expected when living in an apartment. Never anything crazy. Management very awesome, Sarah in particular she has been great, always very helpful to me. Very much appreciated.I had a few issues with my apartment but the great thing was maintenance always responded right away. This property is a great place to live kept well and convenient More...

Lived there for two years. Had a great experience, very convenient for commuting and shopping. Staff is very nice and helpful, apartments are nice and pretty well maintained. Parking is very limited and prices are decent but got higher every year we were there. Overall a great place More...

I wanted to give a special shout out to Angela Han! We have been at Cambridge Park Villa for a year now and because of her our stay here, it has been nothing but Amazing. She really knows how to take care of the tenants here. Anytime we need something and or have questions, she's at our disposal. She's always been very friendly and professional! We need more people like her in the world! :) More...

I have been living at Cambridge Park Villa for over a year now and I really like the apartment complex. The units are all very new and clean. The kitchen is large and spacious including the bedrooms and living room. I also really like that washer and dryers are included in each unit, this makes doing laundry very easy. The big plus about this place for me was the garage parking, the parking is safe and secure. The staff is very accommodating and helpful whenever any issues or concerns arise. The new management under Angela is very approachable and accommodating. The only reason I did not give a rating of 5 star rating is that parking is very difficult to find. The parking spots are numbered and assigned which is not a problem but becomes very difficult when you have friends/family over. If they are lucky then they can grab one of the three visitor parking (which are always taken), or they can park on the main street. The only issue with parking on the main street is there is only one entrance into the complex which is a HUGE hassle for friends/family if you live in one of the farther units like I did. For the price and quality, I think its a steal especially for being in Seattle and roughly 15-20 mins from downtown Seattle and/or Bellevue. More...

Great amenities, not cheap. I pay $940.00 for a 1 BR, but they have everything included!
