Physio Pilates is the best thing I have done to help my back pain and kept me injury free while training for a marathon. Ian's classes are great for getting some real core work done, that makes visible differences, without the risk of back pain that can come from other strength workouts. I went to joyce recently with a hip and heel injury, acquired in the middle of my training for the cork half. she was amazing. fixed me right up, gave me a lot of preventative exercises. took brilliant care of me. I really couldn't rate her highly enough. thanks joyce. More...

Niamh is amazing she has magic hands!! I went in last week with very limited range of movement in my back and by the time I left the difference was amazing! I joined the Pilates class in the Clinic last night with Denise and found it great. Denise really knows her stuff and is very attentive to each person in the class ensuring at all times they are doing the movements/postures correctly. Looking forward to next week already More...

I'm a regular with Keith for a deep tissue massage the week before a big race. A great ironing out! He doesn't slave to the clock and spends as much time with you as required to address any niggles.
