Joshua Rowland Interiors

Over the last 4 years, I've worked with Joshua on various interior projects for our home.  We started with our dining room, then living room and now we are doing the bathroom. Every project had it's challenges but why I keep coming back and why we keep using Josh and his team is because they provide a level of confidence and really listen to what we need.  My husband and I have very different ideas - I work on the aesthetics and he likes to ensure there is functionality/utility.  Josh uses both sides to create the most awesome designs.  We have used him for a full design and execution like our bathroom and also asked him to just do the design - living room.   It's not easy to find a interior designer who wants to work on such small jobs but he never makes me feel like my job is above him.  He lays out professional designs so I can buy things at my leisure or when I can afford it.  He helps guide my decisions on various pieces and he likes to go shopping with me to look at potential items.    When we wallpapered our dining room, the contractor he recommended didn't execute well on the job.  Instead of having us suffer with the crappy job, he helped figure what to do and worked to cover the difference in charges.  He has incredible creative skills, is willing to listen and isn't pushy about his designs.  He is very accommodating and it's so fun to work with him. I have collaborated on many projects with Joshua over the last several years. He has stunning ideas, and bringing them to life each time is a smooth, cooperative process. Josh provided the design for our bathroom remodel. During the design process, he listened to our ideas, thoughtfully incorporated our feedback, and offered suggestions of his own that asked us to step a little bit outside our comfort zone. During the build-out, he was responsive to questions and revisions and he was frequently available on short notice when issues arose that needed addressing. In the end, he created for us a beautiful bathroom that we can hardly believe is ours.
