I signed up for a small group session and couldn't be more happy with the progress made so far. The main difference between Signature Health & Fitness and other local gyms is that it is client, not membership based. This ensures that there are no problems accessing the equipment or overcrowding. The amount and quality of the equipment can not be faulted, and the level of professionalism displayed by the personal trainers is beyond reproach in all aspects. They understand that people have lives that impact energy levels, and whilst they push you to do your best each time, they don't ask more than is possible. Personally, I chose a small group session as I enjoy the atmosphere that it provides. Plus there are additional sessions each month, nutrition guidance and body stat measurements to track progression. I hired Josh to help my 17yr old son get ready to join the RAF. Initially the training was on line due to covid restrictions, then it went face to face. Josh was brilliant, he knew just how to encourage a young lad lacking in motivation who’d felt a bit lost due to the current climate we had found ourselves living in. Fast forward a few months, my son has passed his fitness test and has a start date, he has also found a love of physical exercise. I have been attending attending small group sessions with Josh and Nathan since January 2022. The sessions are refreshed every four weeks, building on the skills learnt in previous weeks. I would not have had the confidence to use the weights and equipment without the encouragement and patience shown by the PT's. Exercises are adapted within the small groups with alternatives being found to cover injuries etc and although it is a small group session people work with their own target weights increasing when needed, not a set weight for everyone. Josh has set up an amazing facility that allows PTs to work with their clients without the interruptions and waiting for equipment that can happen in a membership gym. One to one sessions are also available, I would recommend Signature Health and Fitness for both the experienced and inexperienced. More...

Having used Josh as my PT for the past two months, I genuinely cannot fault this man and the care and effort he puts in to each session we have. Josh has completely changed my mindset when it comes to training and nutrition. He is fully dedicated to each client and goes above what is expected of him. His enthusiasm for his job is amazing and he always has a smile on his face. Since I have started training with Josh things have really started to fall into place for me. I am much fitter and stronger - my body fat, weight and measurements have reduced and my mental strength for what I want to achieve has increased. Simply AMAZING!!! Having previously been a client for a local Personal Trainer in Sleaford and not seeing the results or 1-1 support I’ve been blown-away by Josh’s ongoing assistance and motivation with helping me to achieve my end goal.

I knew since day one I was in great hands with Josh and for me to trust someone that much from the very beginning is saying something.

Not only has Josh changed my way of thinking about life habits but Josh has also made me see the realisation to build a positive future. I wouldn’t travel a hour to see Josh if I didn’t believe in him and enjoy his way of teaching (a train journey followed by a taxi...).

I’m going to be honest, sometimes when seeing Josh I’m not always in the positive mind space to completely listen or be 100% focused, but due to Josh’s positive outlook on life and correct attitude I know I have to change my mindset to help myself and most importantly, become a better person for the future.

I wanted to change the idea of personal training. I see almost all personal trainers doing the same sessions with every client in their day and do not look at what it really takes to achieve sustainable results for their clients. Yes, some of our coaches provide online personal training that can support you from anywhere in the world!

During face to face sessions a 2 metre space between me and clients is maintained at all times, as well as myself wearing a face covering. Along with maintaining social distancing and face covering, i disinfect all equipment before and after use for my clients and provide hand santizer throughout our sessions.

Semi Private still has all the support and and training benefits as one to one, but it means you are able to train with a family member or friend to help you achieve your goals. Sessions can fit up to 2 - 4 people depending on your individual goals.

When I first set out as a Personal Trainer, I wanted to help as many people as possible achieve their health and fitness goals. Online Personal Training is just that, it helps me to reach people across the country that want to work with me. Depending on what you require from Online Personal Training, I have 3 packages to suit peoples individual needs that range in support and features provided at affordable monthly costs
