What do you love most about your job?
Here at Jo's Cakes and More, we love meeting our clients, sorting through ideas for their cakes and then designing the cake for them. Then to have them pick it up when ready and get their first impression is priceless. It is all about the enjoyment that we get from the feedback and because we enjoy what we do. We are now teaching students who want to learn how to decorate their own creations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Originally we came to Northamptonshire to retire and then Jo's hobby took over the kitchen,conservatory and dining room with all her equipment and dummy cakes she had created and so we decided to get a shop and Jo's Cakes and More was born on 5th May 2016.
Why should our clients choose you?
We pride ourselves on our ability to give our clients just what they have in mind for their cakes and in some cases go above and beyond. We use fresh ingredients and keep our prices reasonable. Our aim is for repeat business from our customers and word of mouth from them is our most valuable tool. We will always try and create that perfect cake for our client, but if we cant then we are upfront and tell them. We hate to refuse but we would rather tell them no than take their order and at the last moment disappoint them. We pride ourselves on our reputation and our prices, so if you are looking for a celebration cake or anything we provide please get in touch.
