Jo's Traveling Bar

I used Jo's Traveling Bar as the alcohol caterer for my squadron's Holiday Party and they did a very nice job. I told Jo about a week prior exactly how much money I had available to put on the bar including setup fee and gratuity and she made sure that my bill at the end of the night did not exceed that. The two bartenders she sent to work the event were both professional and friendly. She provided a good selection of drinks including a full range of liquor and multiple varieties of beer and wine. The wine selection was complimented my multiple people throughout the evening and she included both craft beer and standard types like Coors. The setup at the event was simple and did not take up a lot of room. The only negative I had was that some people felt that once the bar became a cash bar, the drink prices were inconsistent. I don't know if this is standard practice or a misperception on our end, but in any case prices could have been communicated better.
