Jordan is excellent! Always positive, super friendly, and always comes up with a hell of a workout. He adjusts to you as you improve and is willing to work with you whatever your goals may be. Before I met Jordan I thought exercise was a chore and would always put it off. I started with Jordan as a trial and I noticed that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. Initially we decided to meet 2 times a week and within a couple of weeks I wanted to meet up more frequently. He makes sure that the exercises I do are complementary and that it does not cause any injury or unnecessary strain. I travel a bit for work and for the days I travel Jordan sends me videos that I can follow to make sure I don't miss any of the workout days. His general positive attitude motivates you to push yourself harder while working out. He also provides me with nutrition advice from time to time. We focus a lot on technique, posture and building the core. It's probably been about 8 weeks since we started and I feel better and more healthy. Jordan and I have started virtual training as well for the days we are not able to meet in person and it has been going very well as well and look forward to working with Jordan for the foreseeable future. Jordan has given me the tools to transform not only my body but my overall lifestyle. I haven’t felt or looked this good since before my daughter was born over a decade ago! Jordan’s unique approach to working out has allowed me to get a workout in daily without ever having to leave my apartment. We have worked out both in person and virtually, and while I love having Jordan’s infectious positive energy in person, I don’t miss a beat when we aren’t able to be together. By using minimal equipment (light free weights and a band) I work out every muscle group in just one session. Jordan has changed the way I approach a workout routine. I used to hate working out because I never saw results and would lose interest, probably because I had no confidence in what I was doing. Jordan explains each routine and how it's targeting a specific muscle, and follows up during the week to see how I'm doing. He is upbeat and extremely encouraging and has motivated me to stick to a workout regimen that is showing results after only a little over a month.
