I have been having acupuncture with Jon for osteoarthritis knee pain and ankle pain .Although arthritis won't go away as it is degenerative ,from first treatment I don't have the constant ache and pain anymore and still don't several weeks later .I also am an IBS sufferer along with type 2 diabetes and acid reflux and loss of appetite due to my digestive issues .I have been able to drastically reduce down my medication for my acid reflux and IBS since having treatment and unless I have overindulged both conditions have improved along with my appetite for the more healthier foods .I have had past bad experiences of needles but no problems with the very fine acupuncture needles they really do not hurt.Sleep has also improved too.I can highly recommend Jon he has a very calming influence and has knowledge of nutrition too to help my conditions .Acupuncture is really treating me as a whole . I have been visiting Jon at his Blackwater branch for a number of weeks now. I have been suffering with serve Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot for almost 3 years and had got to the point where I would try anything to help ease the pain. Jon was has a very soothing nature and explains each part of the process in detail to put you at ease. Although I have not managed to get rid of the symptoms fully, Jon's acupuncture sessions have mean't I can now walk relativity pain free and the recovery time when my foot is bad has massively reduced. I would not hesitate in recommending Jon and his practice to anyone. More...

I must say that I didn't know what to expect when I first visited Jon, but what I found was a super friendly, knowledgeable, professional acupuncturist that got straight to the point, pun intended. Jon helped my shoulder problem at a time when it was really getting me down. Now I am well on the way to a full recovery. I'm really glad I gave acupuncture a go and even more glad that I chose Jon. Couldn't recommend him more. More...

From no where and for seemingly no reason I suddenly found myself with Plantar fasciitis. Also known as 'policemans heal.' A most fierce pain in my heal. Walking on it was terrible. I saw my gp and a chiropodist. My gp suggested rest and ibuprofen. The chiropodist suggested shoe orthotics.I then saw via social media that a new acupuncture clinic had opened in Blackwater. Desperate for relief I visited Jon.I had a very comprehensive initial consultation and he assessed my general health, medical history and performed a physical examination, followed by massage and finally insertion of the acupuncture needles.I felt a little sore in the afternoon but the next day my symptoms were greatly improved. Since, I have had two further treatments with Jon and more planned. My policemans heal is improving with each visit.I commend his work and actively suggest you give his treatment a chance for any issues. Your gp may even suggest acupuncture as an avenue for treatment. More...

A friend of mine suggested that I visit Jon for acupuncture because I was suffering from a number of different problems. I hadn't had acupuncture before and I didn't really know what to expect but I thought I would give it a go. After only a couple of sessions I started to notice a reduction in my symptoms and as I continued things got better and better. Jon is very caring and professional. More...

Q&A

I love being able to help make a positive change to a patients well being.

Having a passion to help others and find the right modality to do so. I believe acupuncture and accompanying therapies can do so.

Clients should find the right therapist for them, and I can help them decide if that is going to be me if they would like to call me and discuss their needs.
