I can’t say enough about this amazing woman and how her dream has come to fruition. I first experienced Joly’s delicious meals when she was creating Tuesday dinners. WoW. There was always enough to feed an army and it was only a dinner for two. Word spread quickly at how incredible her meals were and before I could blink she was turning out the finest cuisine at every gala event and so many of the weddings that I worked. I have been meaning to write a review for a while now (always have excuse about no time) but today's events made me stop and make time. We have had your food any many different events around town and this year my children have been enjoying your lunch program at Ecole Voyageur. Today we called the school and advised that one of our children would no longer be participating due to be newly diagnosed with Cielac Disease. We were shocked to find out that you already provide a gluten free menu and that accommodations are made for the kids that require it.
