This past weekend was probably the hottest of 2019.. and unfortunately our upstairs AC unit decided to take a crap and leak down through two floors of drywall Saturday. I highly recommend this company. Tom was great. My warranty company never sent him the message to contact me. I emailed him and he called me as soon as he saw my email. He was very apologetic and said he would get to my house today (this is on a Saturday). He got here quickly and figured out the issue and fixed it the same day.
