I cannot say enough great things about this company. We used them for our wedding rehearsal luncheon.Suzanne was extremely helpful from our initial contact all the way to after the party. The display of everything was beautiful and the food was amazing, we had so many guests compliment on the catering. The bartender was absolutely great with our guests. Wow! What an amazing caterer. Suzanne was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It amazes me how fast she works and how she managed to feed the 100 guests. I still dream about the appetizer. The stuffed mushrooms were out of this world!!! I certain I ate 20 of them! Then the ahi and fish entree smelled scrumptious. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a nice Alfredo sauce. Johnson Catering did my mother’s 85th birthday party on extremely short notice. She was very helpful with planning. Not only did she handle the food but she also took care of linen and tables rental of plates silverware or any other decorations. Her food was delicious. I don't know where to start or how to even espress our complete happiness with Suzanne and her assistant Hilda! The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation impeccable! We hosted my husbands 50th Birthday celebration at our home for a group of 26 people. We choose to do tapas style food for the evening. We did the bite size Cesar salad, shrimp rumaki, pastry turnovers, beef satay and  Rosemary chicken skewers. The shrimp rumaki and beef satay were 2 of the favorites. But I have to say everyone raved anout everything. They arrived prior to the party prepared all the food which was incredibly fresh and had incredible flavor! I wish I could post a picture of the beautiful presentation! I would highly recommend Suzanne and Johnson Catering, she is so incredibly sweet and very accommodating to specific dietary requests. I can't rave enough about Suzanne and her team. Everyone was top notch in service and professionalism. Leading up to the event - Suzanne was very patient with me through many changes all the way up to crunch time - two days before the event. Onsite-Patrick, Nikki and Lizzie went above and beyond, and even assisted with the wedding procession when we were ready to walk down the aisle. All you ladies, it was so much fun having you guys there! The food was AMAZING; the table settings and bar set-up was classic/elegant. Everything was on point, I do not have a single complaint! Johnson Catering catered my baby shower in November of 2013. She really made my day very special for my family and I. The quality and taste of her food is OUTSTANDING. She really takes her time to make sure every thing is great. My first meeting with her was when I went to her home to taste the food. She basically prepared every thing on her menu for me. It was so difficult to choose what I wanted because everything was so delicious. I ended up choosing the filet and chicken alfredo for the two main courses and each guest had to pick one to have. All of my guests were greeted at the door with shrimp cocktails and lumpia horderves. I had about 100 guests at my baby shower. For dessert, Suzanne prepared mini size cheesecake, chocolate covered strawberries, and fresh fruit with whipped cream on top. My family really knows how to eat and she had more than enough food. She is very kind and warm and really makes sure you get what you want and love it. Highly recommend her. She's who you go with if you need catering for a wedding or a special event. Had a great time at a recent event hosted by  Long Shadow Winery and Johnson Catering and Events. The servers brought out bruschetta, brie en croute and artisan cheeses to start. Suzanne and her staff were wonderful to have at our backyard wedding reception. Suzanne personally went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, even little details that had little to do with her service. The food was wonderful. Suzanne worked with me even creating some special foods I wanted served. It's nice to know you can depend so fully on a team especially when you have so much going on. You can rely on her to cover all the details and needs absolutely no direction during your event. Our bartender did not show up and Suzanne offered one of her servers to attend the bar for us. Johnson Catering did a great job at my wedding! We had an authentic Spanish wedding and Johnson Catering exceeded all of our expectations. Suzanne prepared a delicious Spanish dinner with tapas included, which our guests loved! Suzanne was very prompt and professional with all aspects of her service. She was in contact with us months before our wedding and was there to assist at a moments notice. She went out of her way to accommodate us with her catering services. My Husband & I decided to get married & had a wedding 3 weeks later. Suzanne Johnson from Johnson Catering was absolutely amazing. She helped me not only with planning a delicious & budget friendly meal for my guests, but she also helped me with tables & linens, helped organize the set up of the location, set up day of & she referred me to a wonderful cake maker. :-) My husband & I couldn't have been happier! The food tasted fabulous! All of the guests loved it and most guests went home with LEFTOVERS! They were thrilled! She even catered to special requests that I had for individual guests. Absolutely phenomenal cuisine. The preparation and presentation was consistent with the incredible flavor and sizzle each bite brought on. The meat was tender, juicy and packed with so much flavor, the salad was crisp with the perfect bite of homemade Cesar dressing, the Kabobs full of variety, stuffed mushrooms (my kids favorite) and the homemade pesto was off the charts AWESOME!!! So much more...We were all so hungry and to be rewarded at such a special event with top notch dishes was a real treat. Suzanne was so nice, and her helpers were also very accommodating.
