I question whether any of the people who posted bad reviews actually did business with these guys. We were waiting for 2 weeks after a quote from another tree service and they would not give us courtesy of a call back. Johns Tree Service was able to help me at a time when I was most need. After a heavy snowstorm had uprooted bushes. I had called another landscaper and waited with no response upon hearing this John was willing to come and fix the situation.
