I offer a confidential, independent, professional and ethical service.

Come and spend some time with me to decide if I am the right person to help you.

If you are experiencing distress or dissatisfaction in your life in some way, I will listen to you and offer my assistance. I will provide the space and time for you to see and choose how to go forward. I will provide a warm and supportive environment in which you can be yourself.

I have years of counselling experience and I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. My approach is humanistic and person-centred, which encourages clients to be themselves and to seek solutions which are right for their own way of being. I listen and discuss, and I do my best to understand you and to facilitate your understanding of yourself.
