It was a very smooth and speedy process which contrasted significantly with the experience I had when writing my earlier will. I used this company to set up a Power of Attorney for my elderly mother who still lived in her own home but was getting on in years. I was offered a very good deal to have both the Finance & Property POA and the Health & Welfare POA. At the time my mum was more than capable of dealing with all issues herself but you never know and I am so glad I took these out. Three years later my mum is in a Care Home and I do not know how we would have coped without these documents as her flat had to be sold. John Owens is very professional, caring and honest and made the whole procedure pain-free.
