How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I use a combination of my 20+ years of Fitness, 10+ years of Coaching/Leading, Educating, and a couple years of working in the Mental Health Field in the area of Recreational Therapy to create customized plans for each individual's preferences and situation to give best results!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A couple main reasons people fail at this. 1) not putting skin in the game 2) not hiring a coach, or a coach that's been there before and that knows what the client needs to get to the next level

I love being able to help others reach their goals!

A vision to do things in a better or different way
