DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Came to fit new boiler. Destroyed are new underlay on landing. Big chunks missing out off it WTF. Did you think we wouldn't notice??? Hall, stairs and landing only painted and new carpets fitted with the underlay before Christmas. Both freshly white painted hand rails absolutely coved in black grime. Bathroom just been ripped out and redone, week prior to them coming, for me to find they pissed all over new toilet and loft hatch in bathroom, paint not even week old covered in shite. Cigarette ends just thrown in puddle on our drive. Bartroom radiator leaking off them. Phoned up yesterday to rise my concerns, and was promised will recived call this morning. Used John to change our old boiler for new Worcester Bosch combi. John came round and explained all about the boiler options and options. We wanted a new designer radiator in the hall and John said of we got his they would fit it for free. Guys turned up on time and got the job completed within the timescales given and cleaned everything up after them. We had a slight issue with a airlock in the system but Johns' guy was able to get this sorted. More...

I called John on the Monday morning after noticing that my boiler was leaking water, not just a trickle! John arranged for a boiler to be picked up locally as I am not within his installation area. Tuesday morning, two lovely lads turned up and had my new Worcester Bosch boiler up and running by mid afternoon. Following installation of new smart meters it was discovered that the valve on my very old boiler was leaking gas and had to be turned off. A quick phone call to John and within a day he had paid us a visit, viewed the possible locations and within a couple of days his installer, Mike, turned up to start the work installing a Worcester Combi. Mike was one of the most considerate, communicative tradesman I have come across and it was a pleasure to see him solve all the problems while carrying out the installation. Mike spent two days, the second with an apprentice, and we ended up with a neat and tidy installation that functioned straight away.Many thanks for everything. More...
