My conservatory door lock malfunctioned and I needed a locksmith urgently.Having called a number of Locksmiths non could attend today. Finally, I called John who, without hesitation accepted my job and attended in double quick time.John arrived smartly dressed in company uniform driving a smart, well signed van, this gave me confidence as he portrayed a professional attitude.John discussed the problem in a very friendly yet professional manner giving me even more confidence so much that I did not ask for a price I just asked him to get on with it.The job was completed the same day and the area was left clean and tidy.The final price really surprised me as I knew I had given him a blank cheque but my trust was well founded as the price was far less than expected.Thank you John well done and we look forward to your promised quotation for high security anti snap locks for all external doors. Fantastic service. John arrived out of hours, within 5 minutes of me calling him. He temporarily secured the front door for the night then returned first thing on a Saturday morning with parts for a permanent repair. Highly recommended.
