WHAT A FANTASTIC COACH!!
John is an amazing coach. Very respectful! He actually listens and understands what your needs are. (THIS IS RARE) He puts in A LOT of effort into your workout sessions giving you the most effective and efficient workout with optimal results.

He goes over and beyond putting in his part- for all the trainees —-> stay committed, stay consistent and progress. He is a rare coach that most are seeking. AND IF YOU CAN, pay ahead of time so you will hold yourself accountable to show up. I had a baby, diagnosed with lupus, fibromyalgia, and so much more- choosing John as my coach has helped significantly with all of the symptoms. He’s the right way!

My cousin has trained under Mr. Pangan for over a year now, and at first he had to push himself to workout, but after a year of busting his ass and keeping up with the program he has lost a lot of weight. Thanks to Mr. Pangan he can workout on his own and gain muscle. I was so inspired that I decided to try Mr. Pangan, and I have only seen amazing results. It's only been three weeks and I have started eating better, working out more, making friends at the gym, etc. He is amazing, take it from a chubby 13 year old.If you are reading my review, don't give it another thought. I'm lucky to be a relatively new client of John's; 2 weeks into my program! I'm 45 & lost a decade of working out after a serious car accident. John is friendly, knowledgeable(can meet you where you are), flexible (can adjust workouts around your injuries). He's very professional, with a light heart & good sense of humor. John has been my personal trainer for about two years now. You can see from the picture, my actual transformation. I not only lost 15 pounds, but I gained muscle in areas where I thought it was impossible to. I am in my 40s. I have two children. I am a wife. And a business owner. John trained me for a period of 6 months and he was hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. He accommodated my busy schedule, was affordable yet still went above and beyond, and most importantly genuinely cared to see my success. While training with John I lost over 10% body fat and added a good amount of lean muscle as well. I met John at my current gym where he use to work. It was my first time having a gym membership and my first time having a trainer. I was offered a free 1st session with John so he could show me how to use the machines. He tested out my strength with various movements. He made me feel really comfortable even though I was very insecure and nervous to be there. I ended up signing up with John from that day on with two sessions a week training with him and it varied from an hour to an hour and a half each session. He wrote out a great meal plan for me to follow. It was very detailed so I knew exactly what I needed to weigh each piece of meat at and as well as how much of fruits and veggies and even protein powder for some meal replacements since I'm cutting weight. From that moment on I lost about 30 pounds in about two and a half months. They shed off so easy with going to the gym 6 days a week with intense workouts with John and on my own with everything he thought me. John definitely knows what he is doing. He knows what will work. He can also tell when someone is really following a great diet with great workout to someone who isn't. He's someone you can trust and definitely see results with. I don't see myself training with anyone but John. He's a great guy and pushes you when you think you can't do it. I've learned so much from John and I definitely support him and his company BfitandLive. I definitely recommend! He's also very flexible if you need to reschedule. He wants to help you in anyway that he can. Hands down one of the best trainers in the Bay Area. He doesn't slack, he means business. He doesn't keep talking during the workout like some trainers I've seen and when times up, you barely did anything. It's always exercise after exercise. A healthy diet is important because your organs and tissues need proper nutrition to work effectively. Without good nutrition, your body is more prone to disease, infection, fatigue, and poor performance.

First of, its important that I help change my clients mindset in order for them to achieve their fitness goals. Its a change of lifestyle incorporating a healthy diet and exercise. A change in mindset is a change in their physical wellbeing.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is all about consistency in diet and training. Achieving results also takes time and patience.

I love to help motivate and change my clients life for the better. Help them transform physically. Change their lives for the better. It is quite rewarding.

I'm a former IT geek but realized later in life that my calling is to become a fitness geek. My true passion is helping others get in better shape by promoting a healthy lifestyle. At the age of 41, I competed in my 1st ever natural bodybuilding competition and won 1st place and Best in Show. Not too bad for an old guy. It is never too late to accomplish what you want!

I believe they should choose me because I’m passionate about health and fitness. I follow a science and evidence base diet and training. I love what I do!
