I had my session with John last night as a birthday pressie from my hubbie. All I can say is wow! i've always been very critical of myself in pictures and these sessions with John make you take a hard, honest look at yourself. I loved how he explained how psytography works and about all the different elements of our facial expressions and how we see ourselves in the mirror v.s how others see us. He has a lovely manner about him and we had such a laugh which made me feel more at ease.
