I have recently had all my windows replaced by John Knight Glass and i am absolutely thrilled with the result. The windows are superb quality and I have to say Mike and Karl who fitted them were truly lovely people. They were respectful of the property, cleaned up all their mess at the end of each day and worked will together. We have just had JKG replace 2 old patio doors with Bi-Fold units, The quality of the product,the installation and customer service we have been given is OUTSTANDING. JKG have supplied glazing for my last 3 residential new builds which were large modern properties with substantial openings, all anything but standard sizes. I have found the products they supply and the level of service they offer alongside them first class. Their team are incredibly knowledgeable and have always been very helpful when spec'ing out a project, installing it, and with after sales support as well. We have just had our Chester home windows replaced by John Knight Glass. Our old windows were original timber frame type and were in a very poor state due to age. We opted for triple glazed aluminium clad designs by Rationel (the Aura Plus range). The windows are beautiful with traditional diamond leads on the front of house and discrete internal blinds at the rear of the house. The installation team were highly professional throughout the two week installation period. The fit and finish is first class and all waste from the strip out was removed in their van leaving the property swept and tidy daily. Well done to the John Knight Glass team. We are absolutely delighted with our new windows which look gorgeous. The house is also noticeably both warmer and quieter due to the step change in insulation properties. Thank you. More...

The manufacturers did send some of the window handles the wrong colour, but Barry in the after sales department corrected this issue quickly with no fuss.
