I just completed a 10 week photography course run by John in Marino (Dublin). I found his course to be perfect for me. I had been using my old Cannon DSL for years but had never got out of Auto mode and learnt to really use the camera in full manual mode. John course covered all the details I needed (how to get the correct exposure using shutter speed, aperture and ISO) and lots more. Also included was a field trip in which the class was encouraged to put their newly learnt skills to test around Dublin. I'm really glad i took the course and have since upgraded my camera and started to get out and about with my camera a lot more :) More...
