John did the most amazing job at my 21st playing just the right kind of music to appeal to a crowd of ages from 18 to 80! Everybody had such a lovely time, and since my party all my friends and relatives have been saying what good music we had on the night, which is all thanks to John who miraculously managed to deal with - and make perfect - the worlds most eclectic list of favourite songs!

John was amazing from start to finish, he arrived the day before to set up some lights and then returned super early on our wedding day to finish setting up and was done well in time for our 11. 30am ceremony! In the evening the uplighting looked beautiful in the barn and the marquee. We were so lucky to secure John with only a couple of months to go before our big day due to a cancellation. In a short amount of time he was extremely helpful and easy to make contact with (two things valuable to a bride so close to the wedding). We were really pleased that we chose John Green Dynamics to do the disco and lighting at our daughter's wedding at Tredudwell Manor in June. We actually hadn't put much thought into the entertainment as we expected everyone to be outside in the grounds socialising and playing games etc as the weather is always good in June, how wrong I was, it rained all day! Now, I'm a bit difficult at the best of times and to begin with I didn't really want a DJ at all, I was going to do it all myself by hiring in equipment and using guest led playlists but I was told I couldn't have this as it would go wrong & make me grumpy. I'm so glad I was told I couldn't do this as John was absolutely spot on from start to finish. He was happy to discuss with me exactly what we wanted, including getting a bit nerdy about equipment etc. from lighting to speakers, subs and amplifiers. Being a little bit music obsessed, it was important that whatever we had looked and sounded good and it REALLY did. It's easy to tell that John is both experienced and very passionate about what he does and his equipment really did impress and I'm not easily impressed. Being able to specify songs we wanted and those we didn't was invaluable, this along with absolutely knocking my little "dance set" out of the park led to something that may not have been your typical wedding disco, but it wasn't really your typical wedding and we didn't want typical. What we got was 5 hours of ABSOLUTE AWESOMENESS, there wasn't a minute where the dance floor was empty and the compliments we got on the night and are still getting now reinforced what we already knew, if you want something a little bit special (or even a lot special) look no further. I know I've said it before but I'm going to say it again "thank you John" you really did make the evening and made a few retro clubbers, along with the rest of the normal people, proper happy. It was really hard for us to pick a D.J. as we are not from the area. John was easy to contact and really helpful so that I felt relaxed on the day. So many guests commented on how good the D.J. was and were happy that any requests they had were played quickly.
