I have known John for 13 years and he has been my accountant even before I knew anything about taxes. Now with two jobs, a new business, dual incomes and student loans I am able to rely on his knowledge and insight for the best ways to maximize my return and even prepare for the future. John talks CPA talk, but also is knowledgeable about what is right for you NOW as well as the FUTURE. He is able to explain complicated tax code in ways that I can easily understand. I would recommend him to anyone! PLUS he does remote stuff so we don’t have to travel to Arizona, I live in Oregon. More...

General Questions

Accounting like most professional services is a personal service. Just like a good friend, a good accountant needs to be on your side and understand your priorities. A good accountant helps facilitate accomplishing your goals while keeping you in compliance with all the regulations.

Helping people navigate an unfriendly regulatory/legal enviornment to accomplish their goals or help them out of a messy situation.

I can help people the most when I deal with them on their level and not as someone else's employee. I can better serve them by being the one who can make the decisions with the client to get things done.
