We had a 9-person family photoshoot done with Joel, two of which were squirming kids 5 and under. Both Joel and his assistant Eva, were very patient. At each point in time, as the sun moved, he gave us good directions on where to stand, so the lighting would be most flattering. I really love how the backlighting gives our photos a softer appearance without looking filtered or too dreamy. I really like the simple realistic look, but with that soft flattering light. Also, we feel very grateful and so sorry for poor Joel having almost lost his voice because he was making silly sounds so our our little girls would look over. But the photos turned out wonderful. :)We also got couple shots of the grandparents, full family shots of all 9 of us, grandpa + girls combo, auntie + girls combo, our own family of 4 shots and more.Joel has a pleasant and jolly demeanor, which is very similar to our bubbly happy family, so we had a good time during the shoot.We are glad to have finally found a local photographer that we can count on in the future. We had a family photo shoot at Vasona park with Joel and had a fantastic experience. He did a professional job with many settings. He took family photos and also different pairings. The pictures turned out amazing and the color was crisp. He kept our 3 small kids interested and alert. He was very quick to follow up with us when the pictures were ready to view. We had a family shoot scheduled and had to reschedule, but when we finally synced up, the pictures were amazing!!! Joel ended up sending us over 400 pictures to keep! Lisa-Y.My daughter just got married in May of 2013. We were looking for a photographer for quite some time and I really have to say this sight helped us make our decision in hiring Joel Moses to be her photographer at her wedding. This was going to be my daughter's most important day of her life and I wanted to to ensure every detail and special moment was captured, so that she will have the memories forever. We met with Joel as well as other photographers, however Joel's enthusiasm and passion for Photography really set him apart from the other photographers we met with. We hired Joel... On my daughters wedding Day Joel and his assistant were very prompt and captured all of the little details of my daughter, her wedding party and parents getting ready for the big day. His assistant even captured pictures on the way to the church in the Limo. Those little moments are special, as we look at the photos. We hired Joel to be present for the entire ceremony and reception and he captured every detail. My daughter and son-in -law had ideas of pictures they wanted to capture during their wedding and of their wedding party and Joel made it all happen. After the wedding we met with Joel to view the photos. We were amazed in the amount of photographs he took. My daughter and Son-in-law are so pleased with his work and I am too.
