What do you love most about your job?
I have a saying 'turn your pain into purpose' For me, my most valuable lessons have come from the mistakes I have made or the pain I have felt growing up with a violent alcoholic father, consulting is my way of turning my pain into purpose. It's my way of using my life experiences for a greater purpose instead of letting them destroy me and hopefully helping others to do the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to help my mum carry her window cleaning bucket around as she cleaned windows as one of her three jobs trying to keep food on the table for myself my brother and sister. I saw how hard my mum worked which unfortunately only ever kept us above being homeless. I decided from an early age that I would become someone so my family didn't have to live like that anymore. I started my first company at 21 and have never looked back.

I've opened up my diary for the sole purpose of helping people achieve three things -
No1. To change their lives
No2. To fulfill their potential
No3. To unlock their profit and start earning what they are worth
I am not doing this for the money. I am doing this because I have been where you are, and questionable lower for more than half of my lifetime. I want to use the tools and skill set I have learned to leverage change in my own life to succeed and help others achieve the same.
