Counsellor
An NLP Master Practitioner with a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, I am also BACP Accredited. I am experienced and successful in working with individuals on a wide rariety of issues; depression, anxiety, PMT, work stress, phobias, abuse and bullying, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, maternity issues, confidence and self-esteem, eating issues, - call if you are not sure!
I am also a trained supervisor working with integrative counsellors and NLP therapists.
NLP Therapist
An NLP Master Practitioner, I am experienced in the use of a range of techniques. I only use any technique with your agreement to create lasting and effective change, comfortably.
Coaching
I make use of my skills with many clients to set future goals and create a 'life plan'. I see a lot in common between coaching and counselling.
Depression
Experienced and effective at working with depression, and making sure that by the end of our work, you are confident that you need never feel depressed in the future.
Trauma Resolution
Trained in Incident debriefing and with NLP skills to resolve the results of any trauma, comfortably.
I have experience at working with a wide range of traumatic incidents.
